Jasper Daoust
Hello 👋, I’m Jasper, a 22-year-old aspiring cat behaviorist.
I have a deep passion for 🎶 music, love attending 🎸 live shows around the GTA, and am absolutely obsessed with 😻 cats! Growing up, I had the joy of sharing my life with various pets, including 😺 cats, 🐶 dogs, 🐠 fish, 🐔 birds, 🐰 rabbits, 🐹 hamsters, and even a 🐍 python—though not all at the same time, of course 🤣.
I believe that animals deserve a strong advocate for their needs, and I’m dedicated to being that voice. Many people don’t have the opportunity to learn about their pets in detail, so if I can help with that, I’m all in.
I’m also excited to pursue formal education in animal care. This business is a stepping stone toward that goal because, as we know, education can be costly! Outside of work, I spend a lot of my free time diving into books on cat behavior and devouring hundreds of related videos on social media.
At home, we have a pretty smart and overexcitable 4-year-old labradoodle 🐕 who races off to sniff other dogs with a desperation that’s hard to describe 😂.
He’s a quick learner, picking up commands like come, sit, down, stay, leave it, roll, turn, catch, jump, off, go (to where I’m pointing), wait, squat, tell a secret, din-din, and water – most of them with matching hand signals. He’s particularly bonded to my father, who taught him nearly all of these tricks.

I’m currently based out of Brampton, and I will travel into Toronto as well. I love Toronto, and I’m happy to travel all over the city, I only ask for a $5 travel fee.
