By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

Access Permission: You grant Jasper permission to access your home for the purpose of fulfilling the duties of the requested services.
Respect for Living Space: Jasper will respect your living space and only access the areas of your home required to fulfill the requested duties.
Access Method: You will provide Jasper access to your home via a spare key and/or building access code.
Confidentiality: The key and/or code will be kept confidential and never shared by Jasper. They will be returned upon termination of the relationship or upon your request.
Pet Welfare: Jasper will care for your pet(s) to the best of their ability, following the instructions provided. No guarantees can be made as animals can be unpredictable.
Emergency Situations: In the event of a pet emergency, you authorize Jasper to transport your pet to the designated veterinarian. All pet care decisions are yours to make, between you and your veterinarian. You understand that transportation and vet service fees are your responsibility.
Liability: While Jasper will take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet(s) and property, you agree that Jasper is not liable for any unforeseen incidents that may occur.
Termination of Services: You may terminate services at any time with written notice 48 hours prior to any scheduled service(s). Jasper will return the key and/or access code promptly upon termination.
Changes to Services: Any changes to the agreed services must be communicated in writing and agreed upon in advance.
